Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use Sanavoya’s website or request international patient coordination and related non-clinical support.
By accessing sanavoya.com or using a Sanavoya enquiry or assistance service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit a service request.
Sanavoya is a healthcare navigation and coordination service. It is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, emergency service, medical practitioner, insurer, travel agency, immigration authority, or legal adviser.
1. Scope of Sanavoya’s services
Sanavoya may help international patients organise enquiries, identify questions to ask, coordinate communications with healthcare providers, prepare for consultations, and plan practical travel-related steps connected with care in India.
The exact assistance available may vary by request, location, provider availability, operational capacity, and applicable law. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that Sanavoya will be able to arrange a particular consultation, hospital, doctor, appointment date, treatment, visa, accommodation, or other service.
2. Medical decisions remain with qualified clinicians
Sanavoya does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, determine medical suitability, guarantee outcomes, or replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Any diagnosis, treatment recommendation, risk assessment, prognosis, discharge decision, or clinical follow-up plan must come from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional who has reviewed the relevant medical information.
3. Hospitals, doctors and other third parties
Hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centres, accommodation providers, transport providers, airlines, insurers, and other third parties are independent from Sanavoya unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Sanavoya may help you obtain or organise information from third parties, but the third party is responsible for its own professional services, pricing, availability, representations, policies, licences, accreditations, and legal obligations. You should review the provider’s own terms before making a commitment or payment.
A reference to a provider on Sanavoya does not by itself constitute a medical endorsement, ranking, guarantee, or representation that the provider is suitable for your individual case.
4. Information, estimates and availability
Website content and information shared during coordination are intended to support informed questions and practical planning. Healthcare prices, expected lengths of stay, travel requirements, appointment availability, treatment timelines, and other details can change and may depend on individual circumstances.
Any cost figure should be treated as an estimate unless and until the relevant provider gives you a current written quotation or invoice. Medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and update important changes.
- Seek qualified medical advice for clinical decisions and urgent concerns.
- Check passports, visas, entry requirements, travel insurance, airline requirements, and other official travel conditions independently.
- Read and understand provider documents, treatment information, quotations, consent forms, cancellation terms, and discharge instructions before agreeing to them.
- Protect your passwords, personal documents, and sensitive health information, and use only secure channels where appropriate.
- Use the website lawfully and not submit abusive, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, or misleading content.
6. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Sanavoya does not currently accept online payments through this website. If Sanavoya later offers a paid coordination service, the applicable fee, scope, cancellation terms, and refund conditions should be confirmed in writing before payment.
Payments made directly to hospitals, doctors, hotels, airlines, transport providers, visa service providers, or other third parties are governed by that third party’s terms and refund policies. Please also review our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, the Sanavoya name, website design, original text, graphics, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to Sanavoya and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, lawful, non-commercial information purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, misrepresent, reverse engineer, or systematically extract website content in a way that violates applicable law or Sanavoya’s rights.
8. Website availability and external links
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all information will always be current. We may change, suspend, or remove website features when reasonably necessary.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or reference. Sanavoya does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, or availability.
9. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanavoya is responsible for its own coordination services but is not responsible for independent clinical decisions, medical negligence by third-party providers, provider cancellations, visa decisions, airline actions, travel disruptions, or other matters controlled by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Privacy, complaints and changes
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Complaints may be raised through the Grievance Redressal page.
We may update these Terms as Sanavoya’s services or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with the date of the latest update.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court or authority as determined under applicable law.
